Every fall and winter people call our office for advice on how to ready their immune system for the cold and flu season ahead. There are several ways to do this, depending on your situation: First off, start with the formula I created called Immu Guard.
If your immune system is in fairly good shape, in other words you don’t get colds or the flu often, you should use the immune support aggressively for 30 days. I take 2 capsules 3 times per day for a month at the start of the season, usually in October. Then I keep a bottle on hand and if I feel something coming on or if I am traveling I take it again right away.
For those who get colds and the flu often, indicating a sluggish immune system, we often recommend taking 2 to 3 capsules of the formula every day, at least during the fall and winter seasons.
